Police Reports / FOIA
Police report summaries may be available from the Records Center a minimum of five working days after the record has been requested. Requests may be made by completing and submitting a FOIA request form (PDF link provided below).
FOIA forms may also be obtained in person at the Records Center during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. A FOIA Officer will review all requests and respond in a manner consistent with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act.
